its subsidiaries and affiliates. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Product Availability
All of our jewelry is custom designed and manufactured. If you are interested in a piece that is
currently on back order, please call us and we can tell you when the item will be available.
There may be a 2-3 week delay before the piece can be shipped. If you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to contact us.

Information on our Site
At Raw Tribe Jewelry, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and
complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail,
some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since
every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly. On our site, we provide the
measurement of each piece based on our manufacturing specifications.

Online Return Policy:
RAW TRIBE JEWELRY is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We takes pride in the
quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured, and we are confident that you
will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online; RAW TRIBE
JEWELRY will refund that purchase within 7 days from the original purchase date. Shipping
costs will be deducted from amount of refund. ALL the contents of the package must be in
their original condition as it was delivered and secure within the box. For your security, do not
indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.
Please insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose
the contents when insuring the package.

RAW TRIBE JEWELRY is not responsible for any loss
or damage that occurs during shipping. 

All returns requests must be emailed to us via support@rawtribejewelry.com. We will guide you on how to make your returns safely.

RAW TRIBE JEWELRY will process your return upon receipt of the package.

RAW TRIBE JEWELRY
must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear
and tear during the 7-day period before any refund will be processed.

Returns/Exchanges Time:
For items that are in stock, we will need 7 to 14 days to process your order.
All items will be shipped using DHL EXPRESS.

Restrictions:
All orders must be shipped to a residence or business address with a valid signature upon
delivery. No other exceptions allowed.

Limited Warranty:
RAW TRIBE JEWLRY’s guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to
faulty workmanship, we take care of it. It’s a fair way of doing business. That being said,
precious metals erode and stones can become damaged over time.
