quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured, and we are confident that you
will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online.

Shipping costs will be deducted from amount of refund. ALL the contents of the package must be in
their original condition as it was delivered and secure within the box. (Jewelry in box with insert, pouch, shopper bag and jewelry card)

RAW TRIBE JEWELRY is not responsible for any loss
or damage that occurs during shipping.

RAW TRIBE JEWELRY will process your return upon receipt of the package. RAW TRIBE JEWELRY
must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear
and tear during the 7-day period before any refund will be processed.

Handling Time:
For items that are in stock, we will need 7 to 14 days to process your return/refund.
All items will be shipped using DHL EXPRESS.

Limited Warranty:
RAW TRIBE JEWLRY’s guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to
faulty workmanship, we take care of it. It’s a fair way of doing business. That being said,
precious metals erode and stones can become damaged over time.
