HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer via our Contact Us form.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
IS IT SAFE TO BUY ONLINE?
At Raw Tribe Jewelry, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. Raw Tribe Jewelry employs trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data.
All credit card details are entered on a secure server using WooCommerce. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to WooPayments are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. WooPayments is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant.
When a customer completes a purchase on our site and chooses to save their payment method for future use, or when they purchase a subscription product, our site needs to “remember” the customer’s payment details in order to use them again in the future.
WooPayments uses a token and API-based method to do this. In short, this means our site will communicate with our payments system using WordPress.com connection and request the card details using a payment token. Payment method details such as the card number and CVC code are not stored on our site.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
For all orders, we pack it neatly in our in-house designed black metallic lace font of RAW TRIBE on the hard boxes with an insert. It also includes our Raw Tribe fabric pouch for you to store your purchase. We also include a premium sturdy RAW TRIBE bag for you to carry your purchase whilst looking fabulous!
